It was the hotly anticipated, most talked about event of the year in the coworking industry
I was excited to attend WeWork’s official opening of their new branch at 21 Collyer Quay. It is the global coworking company’s largest flagship space in the Pacific region, consisting of a mammoth 21 floors in the heart of Singapore’s Raffles Place.
The location has over 220,000 square feet of Grade A office space, catered for enterprise clients who would typically lease large suites and entire floors.
I was very impressed by the gorgeous interior design and fitouts – a warm and inviting space carefully curated with art, plants and modern style elements. It’s very much reminiscent of an upscale boutique hotel, whilst retaining the distinctive WeWork aesthetic.
WeWork 21 Collyer Quay boasts amenities such as an auditorium, wellness centre, barista station, cafe, business centre and a sky bar offering panoramic views of the Singapore skyline. The whole place feels like an all-inclusive resort, I wouldn’t want to leave the office!
The festivities to celebrate WeWork’s new crown jewel consisted of tours, live music, free flow drinks complimented by stunning views overlooking Marina Bay. I had a sublimely fun night meeting old and new friends in the real estate industry 🙂
WeWork 21 Collyer Quay is already 90 per cent committed, testament to the rising demand for flex offices and hybrid work in Singapore. Cheers to that! 🥂👌🏻
